About Jean I. Keen...Jean I. Keen, CGA, CEPA, is the visionary who developed the concept of Ethical Accounting. Jean received her Bachelor of Commerce (B. Comm.) at Concordia University in Montréal, Québec and she received her professional accounting designation from the Certified General Accountants Association (CGA). She consistently exceeds the CGA Professional Development requirements. Jean has earned her Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation. The CEPA designation is granted through the Exit Planning Institute which is the premier provider of learning, knowledge, and research for exit planning professionals. Jean is a Certified QuickBooks® Pro Advisor. Jean has extensive experience, working in many areas of business prior to her founding this firm. The name of the firm and its structure is based upon her philosophical and Theanthropic approach - 21st Century Accounting Inc., THE Ethical Accounting Firm.
About Brian Keen...Dr. Brian Keen, Vice-President, Ethical Standards is an ethicist who believes strongly in the necessity of ethical standards throughout the corporate structure. As well he is the chief advocate of ethics utilizing scientific methodologies.He is presently working on four books in the Theanthropic Ethics category. He is a proponent of providing an exhaustive appraisal of ethical standards based upon the Theanthropic Ethical category. He received his Doctor of Theological Studies (DTS) Suma Cum Laude at Bethany Divinity College & Seminary, Canadian Office. Theology As A Scientific Discipline was one of his doctoral theses. He is a Member of the prestigious Evangelical Theological Society (ETS).
