About Jean I. Keen...

Jean I. Keen, CGA, CEPA, is the visionary who developed the concept of Ethical Accounting. Jean received her Bachelor of Commerce (B. Comm.) from Concordia University in Montréal, Québec and she received her professional accounting designation from the Certified General Accountants Association (CGA). She consistently exceeds the CGA Professional Development requirements.

Jean has earned her Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation. The CEPA designation is granted through the Exit Planning Institute which is the premier provider of learning, knowledge, and research for exit planning professionals.

Jean is a Certified QuickBooks® Pro Advisor.

Jean has extensive experience, working in many areas of business prior to her founding this firm. The name of the firm and its structure is based upon her philosophical and Theanthropic approach - 21st Century Accounting Inc., THE Ethical Accounting Firm. 

    

About Brian Keen...

Brian Keen, CGE, Vice-President, Ethical Standards is an ethicist who received his professional designation from the Association of Certified General Ethicists.  He believes strongly in the necessity of ethical standards throughout the corporate structure.  He promotes ethics utilizing scientific methodologies.

Brian is the President ofThe Ethics Institute. 

Dr. Keen is the chief advocate of Theanthropic Ethics, an ethical category.  He is in the process of completing books explaining the practical reality of Theanthropic Ethics. 

Dr. Keen has appeared on television (e.g. "Ethics in The Workplace" on the program @issue), written business articles (e.g. "Ethical Accounting Practices" in Markham Business magazine), and written extensively on ethics. 

Dr. Keen serves as President of the Association of Certified General Ethicists (CGE), the professional designation for ethicists.
